Thank you for your order. Each product is 3D printed and made to order, which means production time is required before shipment.
Processing Time
Orders are typically produced and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after the order is placed.
During busy periods or for highly customized orders, production time may be slightly longer.
Shipping Carrier
We ship orders using UPS to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

- Canada: 1–5 business days
- United States: 3–7 business days

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible before the order ships.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost Packages
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in opening a claim with UPS.
