Because each Shtender is 3D printed and personalized with custom text, all items are made to order.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items once the order has been produced.

Please carefully review your custom text and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins.
After production has started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist you in resolving any delivery problems.
